Client Relations & Scheduling Specialist
As our Client Relations & Scheduling Specialist, Sandi is often the first point of contact for new and returning clients. She brings a warm, welcoming presence to Chesapeake Counseling Center and ensures that every client feels supported from the very first phone call.
With strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for helping others, Sandi manages scheduling for our team of clinicians, coordinates intake paperwork, and assists with client questions along the way. Her role is essential in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for those seeking care, allowing our therapists to focus fully on the healing process.
Beyond scheduling, Sandi also supports the practice by maintaining communication with clients about upcoming appointments, addressing billing or account questions, and ensuring that every detail behind the scenes runs efficiently. Her compassion and attention to detail reflect our mission of providing accessible, client-centered care.
Outside of Chesapeake Counseling Center, Sandi is a dedicated business owner, community leader, and advocate for education and youth development in Currituck County. She is the owner of Fusion Offices, a professional business center in North Carolina, and co-owner of The Traveling SandBAR, a unique mobile beverage service that brings both fun and hospitality to events across the region.
Sandi also serves on the Currituck County Board of Education, where she is committed to supporting students, teachers, and families through common-sense leadership, improved communication, and the expansion of resources—including mental health and fine arts opportunities.
For over a decade, Sandi has been deeply involved in the community. She spent 10 years as a Girl Scout leader, instilling in young women the values of service, leadership, and giving back. She has also served on multiple local boards, including the Currituck County Chamber of Commerce, the Currituck Family YMCA, Currituck Kids, Inc., and Small Business Connect, always striving to strengthen community ties and support local growth.
Sandi and her husband are proud parents of a daughter who attends Old Dominion University, and as a family, they are passionate about investing in the future of Currituck County.
