Have you recently been through a life transition, feelings of anxiety, depression or just overwhelmed? Are you seeking assistance in healing from past trauma?  I am here and happy to help you on your journey. My therapeutic style is from a Holistic perspective where I help clients connect the mind and body. I believe that learning how to show ourselves compassion, love and forgiveness can heal the parts of ourselves that have been impacted by life experiences. I strive to teach clients how to empower themselves and shift perspective through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and person-centered approaches.

I utilize mindfulness practices such a visualization meditations and deep breathing which will help you reconnect your body and mind. While providing a safe non-judgmental atmosphere to discuss your problems.

My role is to support you in processing the hardships and celebrating your successes. Our sessions will involve creating goals, exploring coping skills and learning to manage your everyday anxiety. You will not be alone in your healing process, I will strive to show you the power that already exists within you.
